About Us

Our business was set up by Mark and Sammy, a family team who live and work side by side with their three children, their dog Nelson and their cat Tinkerbell. 

What started as a practical cleaning and waste removal company grew from a simple idea:

to do this work properly, ethically, and with care for the people behind every job. 

Over time, we saw that many clearance and cleaning jobs aren't just about waste or dirt - they're about life happening. 

People reach out during moments of change, stress, loss, or overwhelm. Hoarding situation, extreme cleaning, property clearances, and specialist cleaning often come with emotional weight as well as practical challenges. 

We wanted to build a company that didn't shy away from those situations - but handled them with respect, patience, and understanding.

Our vision has always been to run an ethical waste removal and cleaning company, where things are done the right way:

We believe that how a job is done matters just as much as the end result. 

We're fully trained and qualified across our services, including extreme cleaning, hoarding situations, biohazard work, and property clearances. We follow clear procedures, health and safety guidance, and correct waste handling practices to ensure every job is carried out safely and responsibly. 

Just as importantly, we're experienced in working in sensitive and personal situations, and we take that responsibility seriously. 

Whether we're carrying out an end of tenancy clean, clearing a family home, or supporting someone through a hoarding situation, our aim is always the same:

To be calm, respectful, reliable, and to take the pressure off where we can.
