Biohazard & Trauma Cleaning Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at gsdclearclean@outlook.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Biohazard and trauma cleaning involves the safe cleaning and decontamination of areas affected by bodily fluids, contamination, or hazardous materials. This can include situations where standard cleaning isn't suitable due to health and safety risks.

In most cases, no. Biohazard situations can carry health risks and require specialist equipment, training, and licenced waste disposal. Our role is to make sure everything is handled safely, thoroughly, and correctly, so you don't have to put yourself at risk.

Yes. Our team is fully trained and qualified to carry out biohazard and trauma cleaning safely and responsibly. This includes specialist training in infection control, health and safety, correct use of PPE, and compliant waste handling, all in line with UK regulations.

Absolutely. We understand that these situations are often distressing or unexpected. We approach every job with care, discretion, and compassion, and we're experienced in working in sensitive environments.

Our focus is on taking car of the practical work quietly and professionally, while treating everyone involved with respect.

Yes. Our aim is to leave the space clean, decontaminated, and safe to use, following recognised cleaning and disinfection standards. We don't rush jobs or cut corners.

Discretion is very important to us. We can use unmarked vehicles if requested and always work quietly and respectfully, with minimal attention.

If items can't be safely cleaned, we'll explain the options and only remove anything with agreement. All contaminated waste is handled and disposed of correctly and legally through licenced channels.

Yes. We regularly work with landlords, letting agents, councils, families, and insurance companies. We're happy to liaise with other parties if that helps make things easier for you.

Once launched, we'll be able to offer emergency and out-of-ours response when required. Please contact us to discuss availability.

Every situation is different, so costs vary depending on the size of the area, level of contamination, and work required. We provide clear, honest quotations after discussing the situation or carrying out a visit.

You can contact us by phone or email for a confidential conversation. There's no pressure - we'll listen, explain your options, and help you decide the next step.
